Myra is an Education Development Architect by profession and an entrepreneur by nature.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, and two Master Degrees, one an MBA. In 2003, Myra launched Beautiful Diva, a mineral makeup company. In 2007, she appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, in Oprah's Search for the Next Big Idea, showcasing her Instant Eyeshadow.  Between 1999 and 2001, Myra was a top leadership representative with Avon Company where she grew her sales to $3000 a campaign and grew a unit comprised of over 55 representatives in less than 3 months, giving her the opportunity to collaborate with Andrea Jung, CEO of Avon Company, presenting her innovative idea for a teen line. Eva Winger is the President of Wingerize It, Inc., founded in 2006 in Sacramento, CA, when she invented a product for children called Hip Snugger Waistbands. Successfully selling, and then licensing her product to a Canadian Company in less than one year of concept origination, Eva proceeded to launch a local support group for inventors in her area called Parent Innovators, contributed as West Coast Editor at Large for Inventor's Digest Magazine, and continued her interest in consumer product development with 3dyn, a company located in San Diego, CA. After graduating with a B.A. in Biology, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Eva held Marketing positions with a non-profit organization as well as with an industrial products firm.
