I'm actually not surprised!! Brokerage fees are ridulous.... Everything in Canada costs more - remember "free" healthcare for everyone!!! lol!!
There is no rhyme or reason to customs and brokerage fees.... I have to research it…

Julie is absolutely right. Even the most expensive flat rate biggest USPS box is only $13.50 within USA. There is NO WAY it cost $39. Is she out of country? Medium Flat Rate box is $39 to ship Internationally. That's the only way I can see it.…

Stick to your original offer (which was very generous) because most companies don't reimburse any shipping expenses to the customer. It's not your fault that she didn't ship it economically. Those flat rate boxes are priority…
